I am a transwoman who came out as a female in the 1980s at the age of thirty while working in the music industry as a designer and maker of touring equipment.
I have lived my youth in Germany, broken by a spell at an English school, and have loved the UK more than my native Germany ever since. After my coming out and being the technical directrice of two theatre festivals in the eighties I moved to Devon for a while, where my interest in astrology started to blossom.
Soon I became reasonably well known as a travelling astrologer in Germany, Switzerland and the UK, before in 1995 I settled on Exmoor in Somerset for five years.
Finding a house to buy proved to be more than just difficult and too expensive, so I moved to Brittany in 2000.
I am still settled in Cotes d’Armor, Brittany, France, and becoming more and more of a French woman. For a couple of years now writing has turned out another important focus of my life.
